At minimum  50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The final balance will be due 48 hours prior to scheduled picnic time.

**We partner with a local business’ to feature a variety of Add on food options.  Charcuterie trays are one of the many delcious and popular choinces! But if you are looking for some other food options, let us know and we will assist with adding on.

Incliment Weather

Picnic Haven reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the event due to inclement weather. We will give you the option to change locations or reschedule. Please keep in mind that your deposit is non-refundable, and we encourage you to reschedule. If we are unable to schedule a new date and you have already paid your final balance, we will refund the final balance.

Cancellation
